RNA seq analysis of iWAT from mice administered 3 phenylpropionic acid under cold conditions for 14 days

This study utilized RNA-seq transcriptomic profiling to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which 3-phenylpropionic acid influences thermogenesis and tissue remodeling in murine inguinal white adipose tissue (iWAT) under cold stress. We analyzed iWAT from 8-week-old mice administered either control or 0.5% 3 PPA supplemented water during a 14-day cold acclimation period.
