Client-Side Measurement of Free-Tier LLM Inference: Frozen Measurement Snapshot, Probe Software, and Analysis Scripts

Reproducibility artifact for the paper 'Client-Side Measurement of Free-Tier LLM Inference' (submitted to ACM SIGMETRICS 2027 Fall). Contains the frozen analysis snapshot data/snapshot_20260929.jsonl (6,604 rows: 2,200 Groq, 2,203 Gemini, 2,201 Mistral; 2026-09-25 to 2026-09-29, single US West vantage point, 3-minute probe cadence, time-to-first-token, SSE chunking, HTTP status, connection timings), the probe client (probe.py), and all analysis scripts that generate every number in the paper.
