2027 Express Entry Reform Evidence Tracker
收藏资源简介:
Replaced, 3 November 2026. A corrected version is at 10.5281/zenodo.23925931. Use that version. This version's status-board figure still files E05 under CURRENT RULE, its figure wording for E01 and E10 is broader than its own ledger, and its Reform Matrix does not state that points come from Canadian work experience or a job offer, not both. Its correction notice below is not complete; the new version's notice gives the corrected list. Correction notice, 3 November 2026. What was wrong: version 2026-10-05 still called the job-offer and work-experience position from before 3 November 2026 "current" and "under consideration", and its description carried no date. IRCC announced changes on 16 October 2026, effective 3 November 2026. What changed: Evidence rows E02, E05 and E06 and the Reform Matrix rows for CRS core factors, job-offer points and Canadian work experience now state the change and its date. E05 is now labelled RULE AS CHECKED 26 SEP 2026. The status-board figure carries its check dates. Check dates now read 26 and 29 September 2026 instead of one date. Internal workflow notes were removed from the Methodology and Acceptance QA sheets (QA rows 6, 7 and 8). Canada Gazette links, a typo and the E09 source date were corrected. The word "verified" for MAK's own checks became "checked", so the column Verification Date is now Date Checked and the Evidence Level value is now CHECKED. What did not change: the 11 evidence records and their sources, the 2027 planning figures, and the classification of every row other than E05. Rows not named here were not researched again. Dated record: evidence checked 26 to 29 September 2026. IRCC's Express Entry changes effective 3 November 2026, which added a Labour Market Integration factor and reintroduced job offer points in the CRS, appear only where a row says so. Rows labelled CURRENT RULE describe the position on their check date. For today's rules see IRCC's changes page. Evidence ledger separating the Express Entry rules in force on the check date from proposals, consultations and related evidence for 2027 reform planning. It is designed to be citable and updateable, not predictive. Core evidence is traced to official Government of Canada, IRCC and Department of Justice sources.
