Dataset for OPA1-associated optic neuropathy in rhesus macaques

This dataset contains the anonymized data used for all analyses in a study of OPA1-associated optic neuropathy in rhesus macaques. The Excel workbook <code>All_data_Anonymized_25Nov25.xlsx</code> includes multiple worksheets with nonhuman primate data, covering optic nerve head imaging and clinical variables, peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness, pattern electroretinography (PERG) outcomes, histologic retinal ganglion cell density estimates, OPA1 genotype information, intraocular pressure, and fundus and optic nerve assessments.<br>
