Raw diffraction images of metal-binding domain 3 of copper-transporting ATPase RAN1 from Arabidopsis thaliana (PDB 8RNZ)

Raw diffraction images of the degenerated metal-binding domain 3 of copper-transporting ATPase RAN1 from Arabidopsis thaliana. Data was collected at European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) beamline ID23-1 using a Dectris Eiger2 16M detector. A total of 3600 frames were recorded with an oscillation range of 0.1° per image. The structure was solved using molecular replacement (MR) with the AlphaFold2 model of RAN1 (AF DB: Q9S7J8) pruned to the MBD3 as template. The resulting structure has been deposited as PDB entry 8RNZ.

The provided tar.gz archive includes the raw diffraction data in H5 format as well as logfiles outlining the results of data processing with DIALS. Furthermore, MTZ files of the final integrated, scaled and merged data are included.
