This dataset contains experimental data collected from 2023 to 2024, obtained through the use of intelligent rotor active aeroelastic control technology and comprehensive performance evaluation methods. The data includes information on the FPD drive performance, effective deformation of the blades, as well as vibration and noise control effects and power consumption under hovering and wind tunnel test conditions. The dataset addresses the issues in traditional rotor systems, such as low active control and vibration noise suppression efficiency, large control systems, and high energy consumption. It proposes a smart rotor system active control and vibration noise suppression technology based on FPD (Flexible Piezoelectric Actuator). By manufacturing two 2-meter integrated FPD intelligent blades, the study examines the twisting effects of FPD-driven blades under different driving conditions from service performance testing perspectives. Through the design of a miniaturized high-pressure control system and the simplification of adaptive control algorithms, a complete miniaturized, intelligent, and efficient control solution for the FPD vibration noise suppression system was developed. Closed-loop experiments on vibration and noise active control under various operating conditions were conducted in a wind tunnel environment, achieving the practical engineering application of the FPD intelligent rotor.
