RNAseq profiling of back dermis from epidermal-specific SPRY1-deficient (Spry1 cKO) mice and control mice

Spry1 cKO mice were found spontaneously developed psoriasis-like skin inflammation and arthritis.To further investigate the gene expression differences between the back dermis of Spry1 cKO mice and control mice, RNAseq was performed. The back skin of Spry1 cKO mice and control mice were harvested after tamoxifen administration, and the dermis was separated after digestion with 5% dispase overnight at 4°C. Then RNA-seq was performed on total RNA from the back dermis.
