Test dataset for https://github.com/paulsengroup/StripePy

Test and demo datasets for StripePy (https://github.com/paulsengroup/StripePy). Original datasets were downloaded from the 4DNucleome Data Portal and ENCODE. Then, the mcool files downloaded from the 4DNucleome were fixed using hictk fix-mcool. Finally, the Hi-C matrix files were minified by removing trans-interactions and cis-interactions outside a 5-Mb band around the diagonal. This was automated using script generate_test_matrix.py from folder test/scripts in the paulsengroup/StripePy repository. The minified files in mcool format were converted to hic format using hictk convert. The result file results_4DNFI9GMP2J8_v1.hdf5 was generated using stripepy 0.1.dev243+g88c33bb with the following command: stripepy call 4DNFI9GMP2J8.stripepy.mcool 10000 --glob-pers-min 0.05 --loc-pers-min 0.33 --loc-trend-min 0.25
