资源简介:
Azospirillum argentinense Az39 is a plant growth promoting bacteria widely used in Latin America as biofertilizer for non-legumes plant species. With the aim to study the inoculation effects against maize bacterial native communities, rizhospheric soil samples of both non-inoculated and inoculated with A. argentinense Az39 treatments were obtained. Other treatments were included into analysis to understand if the A. argentinense Az39 capacity to produce IAA was related with the Az39-microbiota interaction. The assay was performed under controlled conditions, but using agronomic soil from Cordoba, Argentina.
