资源简介:
" In this study, a photon localization modulation approach employing fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) as frequency-selection elements is proposed. The effective integration of this system with a multifunctional random fiber laser (RFL) enables the establishment of a dual-modulation mechanism of spectral control and photon localization. The central wavelength of FBGs is adjusted through the heating platform to achieve frequency coincidence and enhance the local characteristics in specific modes, thereby flexibly controlling the photon localization feedback intensity. In addition to conventional multi-channel output, channel switching, and tunable laser emission, the designed RFL pioneers independent photon localization modulation across different channels. Experimental results indicate that the system is capable of achieving random laser (RL) output with high optical signal-to-noise ratio (OSNR > 33.56 dB) and narrow linewidth (< 5.3 kHz) under different channels. Furthermore, the temperature tuning of FBG1 successfully enhances the photon localization effect in channel 2 and channel 3 modes, remarkably increasing in the number of spectral spikes while improving the laser output stability and slope efficiency. Compared to existing multifunctional RFLs, this study represents a novel approach to build a high-performance and flexibly controlled multifunctional RFL by the pioneering the successful integration of spectral modulation and internal photon localization within RFLs."
