资源简介:
"Continuous biliary monitoring is essential fordigestive analysis and disease diagnosis. Current methods relyon intraoperative measurements or repeated examinations, which increase clinical workload and provide only discretedata, thereby limiting mechanistic studies and postoperativeassessment. Here, we present a bile duct monitoring systemintegrated with a T-shaped drainage tube. By incorporat\u0002ing a sensing module into the T-tube commonly used aftercholecystectomy, our system enables real-time, continuouspostoperative monitoring of biliary parameters, offering abattery life of ≥ 24 hours in pressure-sensing mode. Thepressure sensor is optimized for the low-amplitude, quasi-staticbiliary environment and achieves a sensitivity of 0.15 kΩ/Pa.In parallel, a flexible electrochemical sensor based on a starch–maltase–glucose oxidase cascade reaction selectively quantifiesamylase activity. Experimental characterization demonstrateshigh specificity, with a target-to-interference response ratioof approximately 4, ensuring that interference signals remain≤ 26 % of the primary amylase response. In vitro experimentsusing a biliary mimic platform confirm that the system syn\u0002chronously captures pressure fluctuations and amylase dynam\u0002ics, consistent with conventional manometric and biochemicalassays. Collectively, the proposed system alleviates clinicalburden, improves patient comfort, and provides continuousbiliary data, offering a practical platform for postoperativemonitoring and research into biliary pathophysiology"
