De novo genome assembly was performed using FALCON assembler. Firstly, the qualified PacBio subreads were self corrected through pre-assembled sequence. Then, overlapping was detected and filtrated for graph construction. Finally, contigs were generated using graph. For chromosome-level genome assembly, ~100X coverage of clean Hi-C reads were mapped to the draft genome assembly. Ultimately, a total of 484 contigs (99.82% of the assembly) 472.35 Mb were mounted on 14 chromosomes
