Role of AP-2a/AP-2b transcription factors in the adult epidermis.

To investigate the effects of inactivation of the transcription factors AP-2a and/or AP-2b in the adult mouse skin. Comparative expression analysis of total RNA by RNA-Seq. Epidermal sheets from mouse skin were used for RNA isolation. Epidermis from 3-week-old or 6-months-old experimental mouse groups were used for RNA isolation.为探究转录因子AP-2a（AP-2a）与/或AP-2b（AP-2b）在成年小鼠皮肤中的失活效应。本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）对总RNA开展比较表达分析。实验中分别使用两类材料进行RNA提取：一类为从小鼠皮肤分离得到的表皮片，另一类为3周龄与6月龄实验组小鼠的表皮组织。
