资源简介:
The data were analyzed and presented in the article "Root exudate-derived amino acids enhance Klebsiella variicola DX120E root colonization and plant growth promotion in sugarcane". This study investigates the mechanistic interaction between sugarcane and the endophytic nitrogen-fixing bacterium Klebsiella variicola DX120E. Inoculation with DX120E significantly alters the metabolic profile of sugarcane root exudates, specifically enriching amino acids. These exudates, in turn, serve as signaling molecules and carbon sources that recruit beneficial microbes and optimize the rhizosphere microbial community structure, thereby establishing a positive feedback loop for enhanced plant nitrogen use efficiency and biomass accumulation.
