Molecular Profiling of Donor and Recipient Proinflammatory and Allograft Response (CTOT-03)

A prospective observational cohort study designed to test the association of proinflammatory pathways of injury in thoracic (lung and heart) and abdominal (kidney and liver) donor organs, with immediate and short term allograft function as well as subsequent alloimmune response.
