PRKG1 mRNA levels in Rhabdomyosarcoma biopsies and PDX. Patient biopsy of pediatric rhabdomyosarcoma tumors and their corresponding subcutaneous patient derived xenograft were studied at trasncriptomic level using Human Genome U219 Array Plate (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
