eZooMS analyses of medieval Danish and Swedish parchment codices

A total of 93 folios from 35 medieval parchment codices, written in Denmark and Sweden, were analysed for species identification with eZooMS. The research was carried out as part of my PhD at Lund University: "Parchment: demand and supply in medieval Scandinavia". All folios were calf parchment. The dataset consists of .txt-files of all samples in triplicate, as well as a .csv-file that correlates the sample numbers with the holding libraries/archives, shelfmarks, book titles and type, date, country/location of issue, species, parchment glutamine index and bacollite scores, and a .txt-file for metadata.
