Spatiotemporal development of the human T follicular helper cell response to Influenza vaccination

<strong>Description</strong> A dataset containing single-cell gene expression and TCR sequence data of T cells taken by the longitudinal sampling of the lymph node and peripheral blood of two volunteers after seasonal influenza vaccination for two consecutive years. B cell data is not being included at this time due to its use in other ongoing studies. The code that accompanies these data is available on GitHub. <strong>Data</strong> TwoYear_Tcells_counts.h5 is the raw counts matrix in 10x h5 format. TwoYear_Tcells_initial_metadata.csv is the metadata that gets attached to the counts when rebuilding the Seurat object. TwoYear_10x_clones.tsv is a table of TCR information by cell along with some other information taken from the metadata. See the meta.data slot of rebuilt TwoYear_Tcells.rds Seurat object for all the cell-associated metadata. TwoYear_LN_Bcell_freq_time.csv contains the B cell subset frequencies in the lymph node by time point. Ali_paired_sc_clones_JCC283.tsv contains paired TCR sequences of cTFH and LN TFH cells obtained by single-cell sorting and target PCR. Ali_bulk_allDonor_clones.tsv contains bulk TCR alpha and beta chains of sorted cTFH and LN TFH generated using a 5'-RACE protocol.
