Data and code: equivalence-based reanalysis of three field trials of commercial microbial inoculants and biostimulants applied over full mineral fertilization (Brazilian Cerrado)

This repository contains the complete replicate-level data and the analysis code for the manuscript: Horita V., Yuan L. Equivalence testing of commercial microbial inoculants and biostimulants applied over full mineral fertilization in maize, cotton and soybean in the Brazilian Cerrado. Version 4 restores the figure annotations that appear in the manuscript but had been lost from version 3's analysis.py, which was a later simplified revision of the script that originally generated them: the reference-band annotation and fuller axis label on Figure 3, the descriptive title and explanatory legend entry on Figure 2, and a gloss on Figure 5 identifying veranico as a mid-season dry spell. No data, statistic or analytical method changed in version 4; every reported value is identical to version 3. Version 3 added residual diagnostics (Shapiro-Wilk, Levene, Brown-Forsythe), a heteroscedasticity sensitivity analysis using HC3 robust tests and Welch unequal-variance equivalence tests, and two new figures: residual diagnostics, and daily weather per crop cycle. Version 2 added the complete replicate-level dataset (38 tables, 1,708 observations) and the daily meteorological record. Version 1 deposited the primary yield response only. All files from earlier versions are retained.
