Research Data supporting "Conformable device for independent measurements of mucosal and vascular barriers in a complex in vitro disease model"

Data relating to independent multi-barrier monitoring of a gut-immune-vasculature model using a novel conformable device. This includes confocal images (Tiff) and electrical data (Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and Trans epithelial/endothelial electrical resistance (TEER)) in support of model development including formation of both epithelial and endothelial barriers within the same tissue culture model; as well as monitoring this model's responses to short and long chain fatty acids and complex bacterial supernatants. Electrical response data and images are further supported by cytokine analysis. Electrical data can be opened using excel.
