招聘经理人指数（RMI）与解析—区域指数

以省为单位，运用大数据模型，对31个省区（不含港澳台）的样本企业发布的招聘信息进行职能/专业划分、持续检测、量化分析和对比研究，编制招聘经理人指数（RMI）区域指数，包括但不仅限于省域RMI如“上海市RMI”，还包括跨区域的指数如“大湾区RMI” ，结合该区域的职能指数和行业指数，准确预测当地人力招聘需求与趋势，为当地政府部门、企事业单位出台稳就业/促就业、招人和留才举措提供数据支持和策略建议。

Taking provincial-level administrative regions as the basic unit, this dataset applies big data models to conduct functional/professional categorization, continuous monitoring, quantitative analysis and comparative research on job recruitment information released by sample enterprises across the 31 provincial-level administrative regions (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). It compiles regional indices of the Recruitment Manager Index (RMI), including but not limited to provincial RMIs such as "Shanghai RMI", as well as cross-regional indices such as "Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area RMI". Combined with the functional and industrial indices of the corresponding region, it accurately predicts local human resource recruitment demands and trends, and provides data support and strategic recommendations for local government departments, enterprises and public institutions when they formulate policies and measures to stabilize/promote employment, recruit and retain talents.
