NeversNet5G: Vehicular 5G NR Dataset

# NeversNet5G NeversNet5G is a city-scale 5G NR vehicular network dataset generated through SUMO and Simu5G/OMNeT++ co-simulation over the real urban road network of Nevers, France. The dataset contains 716 per-UE event-level CSV files, 242.3 million rows, and approximately 26.4 GiB of processed data. It includes mobility and radio/network metrics such as GPS position, SUMO road edge, vehicle speed, SINR, CQI, received SINR, RLC delay, throughput, and uplink packet latency. The raw OMNeT++/Simu5G `.vec` and `.sca` files are not included because they exceed 200 GB. This release contains the processed per-UE CSV files used in the NeversNet5G dataset paper.
