Simulation data for: A flexible open-source modular framework for ecohydrological modeling: Application and validation of GEOSPACE-1D

This repository contains the setup, input data, and outputs for the GEOSPACE-1D simulations presented in the paper "A flexible open-source modular framework for ecohydrological modeling: Application and validation of GEOSPACE-1D". The simulations reproduce the ecohydrological dynamics observed during the "Spike II" lysimeter experiment (Benettin et al., 2021) conducted at EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland. The repository is organized as follows: data/: meteorological forcing and experimental measurements from the Spike II experiment simulation/: GEOSPACE-1D simulation setup files (.sim) for the four lysimeters (L2 willow, L1 grass, L4 grass, L3 bare soil) output/: model outputs for all simulations Jupyter_Notebook/: notebooks for post-processing and visualization of results src/: source utilities lib/: required libraries The code is distributed under the GPLv3 License.
