The genetically modified cell lines Hs578T CTR and Hs578T KO LINC01133 were derived from the Hs578T WT cell line. The Hs578T CTR cell line was transfected using a lentiviral system with a closed and empty plasmid vector pL.EF-GFP (AddGene, #57818), serving as a biomolecular control. In contrast, the Hs578T KO LINC01133 cell line was transfected via a lentiviral system with a plasmids vectors pL-CRISPR.EF.GFP and p-lentiCRISPRV2 (AddGene, #57818 and #52961) containing gRNA sets and a CRISPR/Cas9 sequence for knockout of the LINC01133 gene.
