Motif Code Theory (MCT) proposes a quantum discretization of spacetime and matter that unifies gravity with the electromagnetic, weak, and strong interactions within a single computationally tractable framework. The theory is built on three principles: (i) a countable set of discrete motifs defined on a simplicial complex, (ii) strictly local conservation rules, and (iii) permanent interaction records that preserve causal history. Using Regge Calculus for geometry, EPRL/FK spin foams for quantum amplitudes, Causal Dynamical Triangulations (CDT) for causal structure, and Loop Quantum Cosmology (LQC) for singularity resolution, MCT delivers (a) a controlled continuum limit to General Relativity (GR), (b) renormalization group (RG) flows with a quantum fixed point for the Barbero–Immirzi parameter (γ* ≈ 0.25), (c) a Calabi–Yau moduli potential that organizes non-gravitational couplings, and (d) falsifiable gravitational-wave (GW) predictions from triangulated Taub–NUT spacetimes consistent with LISA sensitivities (h ≈ 2.23 × 10^−20 at f = 10^−4 Hz). GPU-optimized simulations with N = 10^10 nodes demonstrate strong scaling and memory efficiency (~0.03 GB per chunk) and reproduce key 2025 cosmological observables (mν1 ≈ 0.0409 eV, ns ≈ 0.9650, H0 ≈ 68.1 km s^−1 Mpc^−1, ΩΛ ≈ 0.686), within reported uncertainties. MCT offers a single, testable, and resource-efficient pathway toward a Theory of Everything (ToE), emphasizing near-term experimental checks and quantum technology relevance.
