叶菜品质提升用紫外LED光配方技术是重点研发计划项目支持下;由中国农业科学院都市农业研究所建立的一个数据集;数据采集时间2020年11月到2022年10月。有试验名称、试验设置、LED光谱、光强、物种名称、植物生理生化参数等数据;这些数据集是在课题立项之后采集;是为了明确紫外光对叶菜生长和形态建成的影响;研究紫外光对叶片可溶性糖、Vc、类黄酮、多酚、萜烯类等物质含量及其合成代谢途径中关键酶活性的影响;探明紫外光对叶菜营养品质提升的作用机制;形成针对典型叶菜品质提升的紫外LED光配方。叶菜品质委托农业农村部蔬菜品质监督检验测试中心(北京);参照SN/T 4592-2016;T/AHFIA 005-2018和GB 5009.86-2016植物可溶性糖、植物次生代谢物质和维生素C(抗坏血酸;Vc)等行业测定标准进行测量。
This dataset was developed by the Institute of Urban Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, under the support of the Key R&D Program of China, for the ultraviolet LED light formula technology aimed at improving leafy vegetable quality. The data were collected between November 2020 and October 2022. The dataset contains information such as experiment names, experimental setups, LED spectra, light intensities, plant species names, and plant physiological and biochemical parameters. All data were collected after the project was officially approved, with the objectives of clarifying the effects of ultraviolet light on leafy vegetable growth and morphogenesis, investigating the impacts of ultraviolet light on the contents of leaf soluble sugars, Vc, flavonoids, polyphenols, terpenoids and other substances, as well as the activities of key enzymes in their biosynthetic metabolic pathways, elucidating the mechanism by which ultraviolet light improves the nutritional quality of leafy vegetables, and formulating ultraviolet LED light formulas for enhancing the quality of typical leafy vegetables. The quality indices of leafy vegetables were tested by the Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center for Vegetable Quality of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (Beijing), following the industry measurement standards including SN/T 4592-2016, T/AHFIA 005-2018 and GB 5009.86-2016 for plant soluble sugars, plant secondary metabolites and vitamin C (ascorbic acid, Vc).
