名医验案数据集

名医验案数据集为自主研发数据集，基于中国第一至第五批国家级名老中医传承项目的临床文献验案的方剂信息，经中医专业数据加工员采集、整理、筛选、审校等工作流程后形成，对原始文献数据进行了提炼、梳理并以标准化方式展示，相比于原始文献中方剂信息，新数据集在一致性、准确性、完备性、便利性等方面做较大的提升。本数据集数据分为文献情况、医生信息、病案信息、诊次信息、症状体征、中药治疗、中药组成、针灸治疗、按摩治疗9个结构化数据表，共整理验案数据2806条。可充分满足各类数据用户对于名老中医临床经验数据的需求，为中医传承研究、临床诊疗优化、特色疗法挖掘提供权威的临床实证支持。方剂信息数据源来自中国知网，数据来源可靠，按照与知网协议中的约定用于开展本职研究工作，通过科研工作对数据做处理、挖掘形成名医验证数据集。

This Famous Physician's Medical Case Dataset is a self-developed dataset based on the prescription information from clinical literature medical cases of the first to fifth batches of national-level renowned veteran Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) inheritance projects in China. It was compiled through workflows including collection, organization, screening and proofreading by professional TCM data processors. The original literature data has been refined, sorted and presented in a standardized manner. Compared with the prescription information in the original literature, this new dataset has been substantially improved in terms of consistency, accuracy, completeness and convenience, among other aspects.

This dataset is divided into 9 structured data tables, namely Literature Information, Physician Information, Medical Case Information, Consultation Information, Symptoms and Signs, TCM Treatment, TCM Herbal Composition, Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment, and Massage Treatment. A total of 2806 verified medical case records have been organized. It can fully meet the needs of various data users for clinical experience data of renowned veteran TCM physicians, providing authoritative clinical empirical support for TCM inheritance research, clinical diagnosis and treatment optimization, and characteristic therapy exploration.

The prescription information data source originates from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), which is a reliable data source. In compliance with the agreements signed with CNKI, the dataset is used for authorized research work. The Famous Physician's Verified Medical Case Dataset was developed by processing and mining the data through scientific research endeavors.
