These are the data analyzed in the paper entitled " Large scale genomic and transcriptomic profiles of rice hybrids reveal a core mechanism underlying heterosis”. The file named “MCC_267_all.hmp.rar” stores the genotypic data consisted of 4,625,141 SNPs from the 267 inbred rice varieties. The file named "Rice_267.xlsx" stores the phenotypic of 267 rice inbred parent and their hybrids; the file named "Maize_1404.xlsx" stores the phenotypic of 1404 maize inbred parent and their hybrids; the file named "Maize_365.xlsx" stores the phenotypic of 265 maize inbred parent their hybrids; and the file named “Wheat_120.xlsx” stores the phenotypic of 120 wheat inbred parent their hybrids. Fitness values and growth for each yeast mutant strain in five media conditions are stored in the file named “Yeast_Archive.zip”.
