This dataset supports the reserach and the article of the Title "Innovation Drivers of Regional Socioeconomic performance in Mediterranean Island Regions: Panel Data Evidence from 2014-2023." It records the evolution of certain innovation indices and regional development growth indicators of 6 Mediterranean Regions, through the decade 2014-2023.
