students with particularly strong achievements and capable of
leadership activities.

activities, employment before college; leader functions before
college in FDJ, party, mass organization, company, team; leading
position in the group or community; subject choice, motives,
occupation orientation, re-direction, stimulus for application for
admission to college; university facility, economic-scientific
subject area, matriculation register; activity area after conclusion
of course of study and extent to which informed about this;
conclusion of employment contract; relationship between teachers and
students; occupation ties; attitude to studies and subject; attitude
to junior cadre studies leadership, expectation and evaluation;
participation in research tasks in studies; significance of education
forms at the university for future leadership activity; leadership
abilities - desired image; subjective conditions for acceptance of a
