16S RNA data on sepsis-related encephalopathy

This study aims to explore the differences in microbiota, metabolomics, and miRNA levels between patients with sepsis-associated encephalopathy (SAE) and non-SAE patients to understand their impact on the pathogenesis of SAE. Through classification and multi-omics analysis of 50 patients, the study aims to reveal the changes in specific microbial and molecular markers in SAE patients and the association of these changes with SAE. This study is particularly important because it helps to identify potential pathogenic mechanisms and effective predictors, thereby providing new perspectives and methods for the early diagnosis and treatment of SAE, thereby improving the prognosis and treatment of patients.
