Dataset for "Subdiffraction confinement and non-diffractive propagation of optical Stokes skyrmions enabled by a super-oscillatory metalens"

The following two folders contain the experimental data obtained in this study——:Subdiffraction confinement and non-diffractive propagation of optical Stokes skyrmions enabled by a super-oscillatory metalens 1.The folder named "Intensity" includes the YZ intensity distribution along the scanning optical needle and discrete cross-sectional intensity profiles. The numerical prefix in each .mat file corresponds to the distance (in micrometers) from the metasurface. 2.The folder named "Stokes Parameters" contains discrete cross-sectional measurements taken along the optical needle. The data were acquired using a Stokes polarimeter to capture the polarization components at various planes, which serve as the basis for calculating the Stokes parameters. The numerical prefix in each .tif file indicates the distance (in micrometers) from the metasurface. 3.The .m files in each folder are MATLAB scripts provided for data processing.
