Artificial data with "damaged" and "cell" ground truth labels created with DamageDetective simulation, simulate_counts() function, from template datasets of PBMC(10X Genomics), Liver (GSE159929), CBMC (GSM2695380), and THP1 (GSE153056) origin. Damage simulations include varying proportions of damage (DP 0.05-0.95), target levels of damage (TD 0-0.95), and cell types of the original datasets (THP1 CT:1, PBMC CT:1-7, liver CT:1-7, and CBMC CT:1-12).
