Donor Specific Antibodies and the Microbiome in Heart Transplant Patients

In order to improve our understanding of de novo DSA production, we aim to examine the interaction between the microbiome and HT. The role of the gut microbiome has been understudied in solid organ, particularly HT, with nearly no studies examining its role in human HT recipients.
