Metagenome-Assembled Genomes (MAGs) Recovered from Fecal Samples in the Lifelines NEXT Cohort

Metagenome-Assembled Genomes (MAGs) recovered from fecal metagenomes collected longitudinally from 714 mother–infant pairs in the Dutch Lifelines NEXT birth cohort. Two datasets are provided: (A) all recovered MAGs meeting medium-quality criteria (completeness ≥50% and contamination ≤5%), and (B) high-quality representative MAGs obtained after dereplication at the subspecies level (98% average nucleotide identity, ANI). Associated metadata for each MAG, including genome quality metrics (completeness, contamination, N50) and GTDB taxonomy assignments, are also provided.
