Alex's Case Study: Quality research use skillsets

This practitioner case study shares the journey of Alex and the skillsets he used to identify an improvement focus in his school, access and appraise relevant research, and then implement a research-informed change. Alex’s case study was developed by the Monash Q Project (2019-2023) and published as part of the resources for the Quality Use of Research Evidence (QURE) Assessment Tool – a confidential online questionnaire enabling educators and education system leaders, as individuals or as a group, to reflect upon and assess their use of research in their practice.
