资源简介:
This project was intended to provide a co-located synoptic survey of the relationships between hydrological, chemical, and biological variables across a 5th-order stream network. This work was conducted at the H.J. Andrews Experimental Forest in the summer of 2016. These bacterial samples were collected from surface water and sediment-associated bacterial communities and are accompanied by a large suite of environmental and hydrological variables. As such, it will provide deeper understanding of the drivers of spatial patterns in bacterial diversity in a large stream network along longitudinal (headwaters vs. downstream) and vertical (surface water, hyporheic pore water, and sediments) gradients.
