The dataset used in this study consists of two main components. The first component comprises housing transaction records provided by Leju Technology Co., Ltd., which include detailed attributes of residential sales such as transaction dates, prices, floor area, and building characteristics. The second component encompasses societal factor data collected from multiple sources, including macroeconomic indicators, housing policies, demographic statistics, urban development plans, transportation networks, and educational resources.To evaluate regional variations, societal factor datasets were constructed for four administrative districts in Taipei City\u2014Nangang, Wenshan, Neihu, and Beitou. Each district-level dataset integrates both transaction-based information and societal factors, enabling a comprehensive analysis of the determinants of housing price dynamics across different urban contexts.
