Selective nutrition surveillance and heterogeneous national stunting trajectories: Reproducibility repository

This record contains the complete reproducibility package for the study “Selective nutrition surveillance and heterogeneous national stunting trajectories.” The study is a global repeated cross-sectional analysis based on official UNICEF-WHO-World Bank Joint Child Malnutrition Estimates sources. It examines which countries have sufficient longitudinal survey evidence for direct national stunting-trend inference, how evidence support accumulates and becomes outdated, and how estimand choice and survey-source continuity affect interpretation. The primary estimand is the distribution of country survey slopes among 113 countries with at least four eligible national survey years spanning at least ten years. The repository contains Python analysis code, environment specifications, source and derived data files, machine-readable results, generated figures, analytical tests, an evidence workbook, the manuscript, supplementary information, the final analysis plan, reporting crosswalks, and a reference-verification registry.
