Dcr fungal models, fPAZ.hmm and Clade-specific alignments from the phylogenetic tree

Supplementary Data 1 - Dcr modelsThis dataset contains three-dimensional structural models (PDB format) of fungal Dicer-like (DCR) proteins predicted using AlphaFold2. The models correspond to proteins identified across 1,593 fungal proteomes. All structures were computationally generated (in silico) and are provided compressed into a single archive for download. These models were used to investigate structural conservation, domain architecture, and phylogenetic clustering of RNAi-associated proteins in fungi.
