<b>Challenges and Strategies for the Management of Quality-Oriented Education Bases in Universities under Informatization Background</b>

The “CapabilityLayerInterviewData” set documents a coding-level snapshot of 24 semi-structured interviews conducted with practice-base managers at six Chinese universities between March and May 2024. Audio was captured on a Sony ICD-UX570 recorder, transcribed with iFlytek-SR (v3.1) at a word-error rate of ≈5 %, and imported into NVivo 14 for thematic coding. Two researchers applied an a-priori codebook focused on “process-first” versus “student-first” narratives; inter-coder agreement averaged κ = 0.81. Final codes, together with basic demographic attributes supplied by the institutions’ HR offices, were exported to Excel and cleaned in Python 3.10 using pandas 2.2.1 and numpy 1.26. All processing was performed on a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 (Intel i7-1260P, Windows 10 Pro). <br>Spatially, the observations span campuses in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chongqing and Xi’an; each row therefore represents a single manager rather than a georeferenced point, so spatial resolution is “institution-level” and no latitude/longitude fields are included. Temporal resolution is likewise at the interview session level; repeated-measures data are not present.
