Three resistant wild species accessions were characterised with resistance loci mapped via a single-nucleotide polymorphism array in biparental progenies.Population 5A-gop was created by crossing GLKS35354-2 (S. gourlayi ssp. pachytrichum) with JKI-GL-05.1682.07; population 14A-hwk was obtained by crossing CGN17888-16 (S. hawkesianum) with JKI-GL-08.1206.02 and population 15A-spg by crossing CGN17602-2 (S. spegazzinii) with JKI-GL-00.1066.13. genotyping was performed with the GGP Potato 25K Chip.
