Abstract:This article examines the importance of organizing physical activity in preschool education and its impact on children's physical, mental, and social development. The study highlights the role of morning exercises, physical education activities, outdoor games, and walks in supporting children's healthy growth and overall development. The article also provides recommendations for effectively organizing physical activity in preschool educational settings, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of children.
