Carbon fixation in Deming Lake, MN (August 2023)

Raw data and metadata for carbon fixation experiments used to calculate primary productivity in Deming Lake, Minnesota, USA in August 2023. Carbon-fixation bottle experiments were conducted using an isotope tracer across three depths including a subsurface chlorophyll maximum layer (SCML) and an oxygen maximum. Treatments were applied such that productivity through chemoautotrophy, oxygenic photosynthesis, and anoxygenic photosynthesis can be calculated. This dataset is comprised of one .csv file that includes raw data and associated metadata for the experiment.
