The distribution of the mitochondrial inner membrane protein mitofilin, visualized here with antibody to mitofilin , highlights the tubular morphology of mitochondria in mouse 3T3 fibroblasts in G1. Cells were serum-starved for 48 hours, then cultured in normal serum levels for 8 hours, before fixation in methanol and immunolabeling with the polyclonal mitofilin antibody of Jiping Zha
