This repository contains the datasets, scripts, and reproducible notebooks associated with the paper: A topological approach to the Cahn–Hilliard equation and hyperuniform fields It enables full reproducibility of the numerical simulations, topological analysis, and figures presented in the manuscript. The repository is organized into three main folders: 1) Notebooks_Figures: This folder contains the Jupyter notebooks and scripts used for generating the figures reported in the paper 2) Data_Figures: This folder contains the data for the generation of the figures 3) Codes and scripts: This folder contains CH.py + function_FT.py : Solver for the Cahn–Hilliard equation used to generate fields Persistence_Diagram.py : Scripts for computing persistence diagrams Wasserstein_Distance.py : Scripts for computing Wasserstein distances Generation_GRF.py : Scripts for generating Gaussian random fields
