Gene expression altered by Sox2 T258A mutation in teratomas

mRNA expression profiles of teratomas derived from mouse embryonic stem cells containing Sox2 WT and Sox2 T258A mutations The T258A mutation in which threonine, the 258th residue of Sox2 was mutated to alanine, was introduced into one allele of E14 cells using the CRISPR-Cas9 editing system. E14 wild-type and Sox2 T258A mutant cells were transplanted into nude mice. Whole transcripts of resulting teratomas were analyzed by RNA-seq.
