We describe changes to the transcriptomes of 4t1 mammary gland carcinoma cells in different matrix environments and with and without T cells Overall design: 4t1 mammary gland carcinoma cultured with or without C57Bl6 splenic T cells on either: tissue culture polystyrene, tissue culture polystyrene coated with Collagen 1,tissue culture polystyrene coated with Collagen 4, tissue culture polystyrene coated with Fibronectin, or tissue culture polystyrene coated with Vitronectin.
