Permit Number The number that is assigned to this permit request by the Central Permit Office. Zone Type Description What type of district and class this parcel is located within. Issue Date The date that the permit was issued. LONG The longitude coordinate for the permit, if available. LAT The latitude coordinate for the permit, if available.
