Study on the interaction mechanism of Pseudomonas balearica R90 and Rhodoligotrophos defluvii lm1T

P. balearica R90 and R. defluvii lm1T used in this study were both isolated and purified from activated sludge of epoxy propane saponification wastewater in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, China. Strain R90 has been conserved in the Chinese Center for the Conservation of Typical Cultures (M20222947); strain lm1T has been conserved in the Chinese Center for the Conservation of Typical Cultures (AB2019071T) and the Korean Center for the Conservation of Typical Bacterial Strains (72156T).
